The successful candidate will support the Reward Manager in maintaining the quality of the firm\u2019s core benefits and driving forward their Wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Benefits Manager to maintain the quality of the firm\u2019s core benefits
* Administration and process improvement of the automation of benefits enrolment
* Supporting the annual benefit renewal from start to finish
* Taking ownership of the management of the Benefit portal, including annual enrolment window and month end processes
* Supporting the wider Reward team, such as data analytics and ad hoc project support
* Being the main point of contact for general benefits queries
* Supporting with Compensation benchmarking
* Processing large, complex datasets
* General HR Analytics
Ideal candidates will have at least two years\u2019 experience in a Reward and Benefits role, with a strong background and understanding of UK benefits. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Reward (Compensation) are also essential.
