Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Entech Technical Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance quality.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve flow.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality to ensure seamless process execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Lean Certification: Certified Lean Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management principles and tools.
