About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Manufacturing Systems Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing cell layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Implement and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Specify and purchase tooling and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure configuration control of operational documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve non-conformities and support the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Process documentation authoring and writing of procedures and work instructions.
  • Experience in optimizing production processes and providing production support.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Full comprehension of engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Basic CAD skills for layout design and design model interrogation.
  • MRP/ERP system use and experience with SAP.
