Porsche Centre Perth - A Prestigious Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist/Host to join our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth. This role offers the chance to be part of a renowned luxury automotive brand known for its high-performance vehicles, sophisticated design, and exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist guests entering the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide support for VIP sales events by coordinating catering, equipment, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure their smooth setup.
  • Handle mail distribution and general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
  • Update and manage the front-of-house calendar/diary to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of the dealership.
Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is necessary for administrative tasks.
  • A positive and professional attitude, along with a courteous telephone manner, is crucial.
  • Dependability and flexibility are essential as you will be an integral part of a team.
