Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and projects for clients
- Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical communications, to provide expert counsel to clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth
- 8-12 years of experience in client-side brand team, consultative, medical communications, medical affairs, or promo medical education agency or division of advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns and projects
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Native/fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
