As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to our client services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality integrated marketing plans and complex projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and projects for clients
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical communications, to provide expert counsel to clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in client-side brand team, consultative, medical communications, medical affairs, or promo medical education agency or division of advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns and projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Native/fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
