Job Title: Account and Data Executive

UK Forks, a division of Vp plc, is a leading provider of material handling solutions in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Account and Data Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our key customer accounts and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and records
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
