Bilingual Customer Support Coordinator

Requirements:
1. Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication abilities.
2. Prior experience in a customer support or administrative capacity is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills with the capability to address customer inquiries and concerns in a composed and professional manner.
