Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and deliver precise and prompt responses while upholding a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Assist clients in resolving product or service-related challenges by investigating issues, escalating complex cases, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Efficiently and accurately process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring precise records of interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to effectively address customer needs and uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage customer inquiries and complaints in a composed and professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
