Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled customer support coordinator to enhance our team. This role offers a full-time hybrid work arrangement.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in a second European language, preferably French, though other European languages are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting both internal and external clients.
- Address complex customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and electronic platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with Senior Customer Service Specialists as a Subject Matter Expert on various projects, including system enhancements and product launches.
- Manage customer service operations related to logistics, production schedules, inventory management, and sales activities by analyzing reports and data as directed by management.
- Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between sales teams and clients to clarify orders and provide necessary technical support.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in applying departmental policies to resolve challenging situations.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAGE, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and a second European language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
