Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting both internal and external clients.
  • Address complex customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and electronic platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with Senior Customer Service Specialists as a Subject Matter Expert on various projects, including system enhancements and product launches.
  • Manage customer service operations related to logistics, production schedules, inventory management, and sales activities by analyzing reports and data as directed by management.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between sales teams and clients to clarify orders and provide necessary technical support.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in applying departmental policies to resolve challenging situations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as SAGE, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and a second European language.
