About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our successful Skinhealth sales team at Healthxchange. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing sales and awareness of our premium products, including Obagi and Observ, through a collaborative and strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional long-term client relationships within your given territory.
  • Plan, prioritize, and carry out activities, including face-to-face meetings, to achieve agreed business aims and targets.
  • Maintain and develop sales with an emphasis on Obagi and Observ, through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Record, analyze, report, and administer relevant systems and company information requirements.
  • Implement marketing and visual merchandising initiatives as requested.
  • Be aware of competitor developments and activity and feedback relevant information to management.
  • Ensure use of HXP Tech platforms, such as Clever Clinic and Clever Patients, are optimized on the territory and by team.
  • Attend and present at external and internal meetings as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development.
About You
  • Previous history of sales experience within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
  • High achiever with a high standard of self-driven work ethic.
  • Relevant industry knowledge.
  • Target-driven personality with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding high targets.
  • Good working knowledge of products and services of the company (through self-learning & training).
  • High standards of customer service, sales skills, and communication.
  • Able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work with a CRM.
  • Proven commercial quality account management.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clean driving license.
