Theatre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager to lead our Theatre department at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and providing great customer service to all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Theatre department's workload and staffing costs
- Lead a team of highly qualified and non-qualified practitioners
- Ensure compliance with national and local guidance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow
- Monitor and report on departmental performance and identify areas for improvement
- Qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- Mentorship qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Theatre Manager or Senior position
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
