Surgical Services Manager | Permanent Position | Full-time

As a Surgical Services Manager at our Leeds Hospital, you will be a qualified healthcare professional with NMC or HCPC registration and possess a mentorship qualification. You should have prior experience in a managerial role within a surgical setting, with at least two years of experience leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Surgical Services department
  • Lead a team of both qualified and non-qualified healthcare practitioners
  • Manage staffing levels and departmental budgets
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all theatre visitors
  • Guarantee compliance with national and local healthcare regulations
  • Utilize your expertise to enhance the patient experience
