Lead Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Theatre Team Supervisor specializing in Orthopaedics to become a vital part of our team at Spire Healthcare. In this leadership role, you will oversee a proficient team, deliver organized care, and assist the theatre manager in operational duties. Your primary responsibilities will encompass coordinating with medical consultants, ensuring the upkeep of specialized equipment, and working alongside various departments to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) certification
- Demonstrate experience in perioperative care and effective multidisciplinary collaboration
- Exhibit the ability to apply clinical judgment to intricate cases
- Possess strong communication abilities and the capacity to promote evidence-based practices
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
