Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Orthopaedic Theatre Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at Spire Healthcare. In this leadership role, you will oversee a proficient team, ensure the delivery of high-quality surgical care, and assist the theatre manager in operational duties. Your key responsibilities will encompass coordinating with medical professionals, maintaining specialized surgical equipment, and working alongside various departments to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) certification
  • Demonstrated experience in perioperative care and collaborative healthcare
  • Capability to apply clinical judgment in intricate scenarios
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to advocate for evidence-based practices
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
