About the Role
- Support individuals with their personal care needs, recognising their choices, abilities, and diversity.
- Encourage social activity and understand the importance of a person's life history in daily care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals.
About You
We're looking for an experienced carer who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting their colleagues. If you have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience in the care sector is essential.
- Achieved or working towards Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
