About the Role:

  • This role will involve providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with a team of experienced registered nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for administering medication, wound care, and delivering personal care, as well as collaborating with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly-qualified nurse or an experienced practitioner to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About You:

We are looking for a registered nurse with a current NMC PIN who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet the needs of our residents.
