About the Role
- To provide high-quality care to residents, recognising their individual needs and preferences.
- To lead and motivate a team of care staff, ensuring they have the skills and support they need to deliver excellent care.
- To work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.
- To contribute to the development of care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate care professional who is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. If you have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience in the care sector is essential.
- A Diploma in Health and Social Care is required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
- You'll be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
