About the Role
- To support residents with their personal care needs, recognising their individual choices, abilities, and diversity.
- To encourage social activity and promote a sense of community among our residents.
- To understand and incorporate residents' life histories into their daily care plans.
- To provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in the care sector, who is passionate about working with older people and has excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the care sector is essential.
- Achieved or working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
