About the Role
- To provide leadership and support to a team of Care Assistants and Seniors, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
- To work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care plans are in place.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To contribute to the development of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are resident-centered and evidence-based.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care. If you have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience in the care sector, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience in the care sector is essential.
- Achieved or are working towards Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work on own initiative.
