About the Role
- To provide high-quality care to residents, recognising their individual needs and preferences.
- To lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.
- To contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care. If you have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience in the care sector, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience in the care sector is essential.
- Achieved or working towards Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others.
