About the Role
- To provide leadership and support to a team of care assistants and senior care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
- To work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To contribute to the development of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are resident-centered and evidence-based.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. If you have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and are looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience in the care sector is essential, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
