Position: Brand Marketing Lead

Location: Warwick / Leamington Spa

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Work Arrangement: Office Based

A remarkable opportunity has arisen to join a pioneering brand within the Utilities B2B sector.

As the marketing strategy transitions from an external agency to an in-house model, you will take the lead in this initiative, collaborating closely with the visionary founders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the founders to formulate annual marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals.
  • Assess and interpret market dynamics, competitor actions, and consumer trends to guide strategic planning.

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Oversee and enhance digital marketing platforms, including SEO, SEM, email outreach, social media, and content marketing.
  • Administer Google Ad expenditures.
  • Curate and manage website content, ensuring optimal performance for both search engines and user experience.
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor and report on digital marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-informed adjustments as necessary.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and execute corporate events, such as trade exhibitions, webinars, conferences, and product unveilings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics for successful execution.

Content Development:

  • Create engaging content for diverse marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Lead Generation and Management:

  • Implement strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead transition and follow-up.

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular insights and reports to senior management, emphasizing key performance indicators and return on investment.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data and feedback.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year, based on experience
