The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist - Agriculture

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships within the agricultural sector. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing processes.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and generate comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to define marketing objectives, set goals, and establish clear success metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive sales growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Research and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the agricultural or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices. Experience with popular email marketing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for agriculture and a desire to contribute to the growth of the industry.
