As a champion of our brand, you will ensure that all tone of voice, imagery, and messaging align with our guidelines and effectively convey our purpose, driving additional sales and long-term engagement. You will collaborate with our marketing agencies to analyze data from our CRM and email automation platform, Adestra, and Google Analytics, making recommendations for improvements and monitoring email budgets to ensure campaigns run to planned spend.

Working as part of a busy marketing team, no two days will be the same, and you will be given the opportunity to assist, learn, and develop skills in the wider team. You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrable experience of email marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience of working with marketing agencies, data, design, printers, and other related tools.
  • Understanding of and instinct for Bravissimo's brand, service, and product offering, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.
  • Good copywriting skills and a strong commercial focus, enabling you to create engaging and effective content.
  • Able to review performance (e.g., using Google Analytics and/or the ESP) and recommend changes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of CRM principles, ensuring effective customer relationship management.
