Job Title: Brand Communications and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Brand Communications and Marketing Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and expanding technology business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to raise our profile through social media, online directories, and other digital channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, tweets, and other social media messaging, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute new campaign materials, including videos, solution demos, and online promotions, to drive business growth.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email communications to generate leads and interest across all our solutions and sectors.
  • Event Support: Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and other events to promote our brand and build relationships with customers.
  • Customer Communications: Develop and send newsletters to existing clients, working closely with sales and consultancy teams to gather content and ensure timely publication.
  • Case Studies: Collaborate with the sales team to acquire win stories and case studies, interview clients, and draft compelling content for review.
  • PR and Communications: Assist in the creation and publication of press releases to promote our brand and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with practical experience in writing marketing content.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms.
  • Project Management: Ability to deliver projects and results within set timescales.
  • Social Media: Active and relevant experience of social media, with a strong understanding of its potential for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Team Player: Confident, persuasive, and outgoing, with strong influencing skills and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
