You will work closely with our in-house development and mobile publishing teams to manage the marketing process from the prototype stage through to launch. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our games are primed for release, while pushing for maximum profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive growth, monetization, and retention for our mobile games, aligning marketing efforts with product and business objectives.
  • Use data insights to create and test hypotheses for mobile store fronts, continuously refining strategies based on results.
  • Craft key messages and creative briefs to highlight the games' unique selling points.
  • Oversee the lifecycle and communication of mobile titles, ensuring alignment on launch details, KPIs, and retrospectives.
  • Implement ASO techniques to enhance store page conversions.
  • Design and align game branding with the overall product vision.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a solid foundation in administration, project management, or marketing.
  • Driven by a passion for games and a strong desire to advance in the industry.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work.

  • Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
