As the Brand Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and bolstering sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
Formulate and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Partner with the founders to devise annual marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals.
Conduct thorough market research to monitor trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences, informing strategic choices.
Digital Marketing Management:
Oversee and refine digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email outreach, social media engagement, and content marketing.
Manage advertising budgets effectively, particularly for Google Ads.
Ensure website content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Event Coordination:
Organize and execute company events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure events align with marketing strategies and business objectives.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics for successful execution.
Content Development:
Create engaging content for diverse marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, and press releases.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
Work with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Lead Generation:
Implement strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
