About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join SC Johnson as a Human Resources Specialist, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR policies and processes. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance to employees and line managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Responsibilities:
- HR Expertise: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Engagement Architect: Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Performance Culture: Develop and implement performance management processes that drive business results and support employee growth and development.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and systems, providing exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Lead HR projects that drive business outcomes, such as change management, diversity initiatives, and strategic support for the business.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Requirements:
- HR Generalist Experience: Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a similar industry.
- Recruitment Management: Proficiency in managing recruitment processes, including collaborating with line managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Education: Ideally studying or having studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) or a related field.
- Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of UK employment law and its application in a corporate environment.
