Job Title: Luxury Retail Buyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Buyer to join our team at Who in the Zoo Recruitment. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality products for our clients' retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement buying strategies aligned with business goals and financial objectives to ensure each collection's success.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to develop seasonal collections across various product categories.
  • Present Ready-To-Wear collections to key stakeholders during seasonal sign-off meetings.
  • Conduct international and domestic store visits to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent communication.
  • Work closely with the Retail Planning team on Open-to-Buy (OTB), inventory management, store allocations, and replenishment.
  • Oversee OTB management for Ready-To-Wear collections across the global retail portfolio.
  • Optimize sales and stock levels across all retail locations.
  • Analyze seasonal collection performance to guide future buying strategies.
  • Perform end-of-season analysis to assist with forward range planning.
  • Conduct in-depth pricing analysis and research to develop internal pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Wholesale, PR, Visual Merchandising, Production, Logistics, CRM, and Digital.

  • 4-5 years in Retail Buying, range building and product development experience
