About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to dispatching orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily ecommerce warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely processing and delivery of B2C orders, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Inventory Management: Run inventory checks between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accuracy, manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and space utilization.
  • Problem Resolution: Monitor and resolve order processing/delivery issues, support customer inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, monitor ERP alerts, and address operational errors.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on operations, including order volumes, fulfillment, and inventory, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce operations or warehouse management, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce software, strong problem-solving skills under pressure, and good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Ecommerce Platforms: Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and integration with ecommerce operations.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
