Key Responsibilities

Located in the Bridgwater area, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining sewage treatment facilities and pumping stations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Managing advanced wastewater treatment processes and sludge handling operations.
  • Adhering to company policies, processes, and safety regulations.
  • Prioritizing the health, safety, and welfare of colleagues, the public, and yourself at all times.
  • Being available to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have experience working independently in an industrial or processing environment. While electrical or mechanical experience is advantageous, training for confined spaces will be provided.

Additionally, you will need:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, mathematics, and a technical subject.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A valid driving license, preferably with category BE.
  • Flexibility in your work approach.
