Key Responsibilities

As a Water Recycling Operator, your duties will include:

  • Managing and maintaining conventional sewage treatment facilities and pumping stations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Operating advanced wastewater treatment systems and sludge processing plants.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Prioritizing the health and safety of colleagues, the public, and yourself at all times.
  • Being available for work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working independently in an industrial or processing environment.
  • Desirable skills in electrical or mechanical systems.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, mathematics, and a technical subject.
  • A valid driving license, preferably with category BE.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Flexibility in your work approach.
