Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

Successfully meet and exceed sales targets by understanding and addressing client needs. This includes managing sales volumes, values, and ensuring brand presence in the market.


Territory Oversight:
Maintain comprehensive coverage of your designated area, ensuring consistent service and regular client interactions in accordance with company standards.

Client Education:
Deliver in-depth training on brand offerings, product knowledge, and visual merchandising to enhance the capabilities of client sales teams.

Conduct engaging presentations of new and seasonal product lines to clients, facilitating order placements aligned with the company's strategic goals.


Lead Development:
Proactively follow up on potential leads and referrals generated from field activities.

Event Participation:
Engage in local and international events, contributing to trade marketing and visual merchandising efforts.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales within the optical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
