Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in negotiating and finalizing rental and sales agreements with clients, uncovering new business prospects, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize rental and sales agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable contracts while confirming the appropriateness of the rental/sale.
  • Generate computerized quotes and contracts, and assist with new credit account applications as necessary.
  • Handle off-hires and create collection notes, including the closure of contracts as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and rental agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and logistics, to guarantee smooth execution of rental and sales services.
  • Ensure that the Syrinx system data is consistently updated and accurately reflects the status of rentals/sales.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Address and manage client complaints until resolution is achieved.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the construction, plant, or equipment rental sector is required. Sales or marketing certifications, such as CIM or ISMM, are advantageous. Proven track record in a sales or negotiation capacity, ideally within the rental and sales domain. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. In-depth knowledge of the rental and sales industry, including products, services, and market trends, is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
