Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line assistance for various IT challenges.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues related to IT equipment, servers, Office 365, and Windows operating systems.
  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and technical concerns.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client infrastructures.
  • Work alongside senior engineers and team members to resolve intricate problems.
  • Keep precise and comprehensive records of support requests and their resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in a 1st/2nd line support capacity.
  • Robust understanding of IT equipment, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
