About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Service Department as a Workshop Team Leader at our Ashbourne depot. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining the highest level of aftersales service.
As the Workshop Team Leader, you will work closely with the Service Manager to achieve our goal of being recognized as industry leaders. Your primary objective will be to deliver excellence to each customer, ensuring they receive a first-class service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair agricultural and plant machinery, following all safety rules and regulations.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to Farol Ltd's health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our company's vision and mission.
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
• Experience working in a technical role with agricultural machinery and equipment.
• A relevant technical qualification, such as an Agricultural Engineering degree.
• Strong diagnostic ability and good all-round technical knowledge of agricultural machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• A driving license and willingness to work flexible hours.
