Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Prescott's, Inc. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the London or Watford UK territory. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales within assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services, and provide outstanding customer service
- Drive to service calls, sales meetings, and cold calls
- Earn commissions on selling refurbished microscopes, parts/accessories, and service agreements
- Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems
- Perform annual maintenance inspections per OEM specifications
- Respond to multiple service calls per week
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products and services
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- University degree or equivalent, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or sales position, a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with surgical microscopes and related equipment is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
