Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team within the public sector. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR OFFICER
- Manage key HR functions including Attendance Management, Maternity, and Flexible Working arrangements. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners while engaging in continuous professional development.
- Provide support in a dynamic and confidential environment, assisting with various essential HR responsibilities and delivering personable support to staff and officers.
- Possession of a Level 5 Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, or a commitment to obtain the qualification within an agreed timeframe.
- Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- Relevant HR experience in a multi-disciplinary and multi-site organization.
- Proven ability to offer advice and guidance to Line Managers on HR-related issues.
- Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems and the provision of Management Information.
- Experience in delivering presentations and conducting briefing sessions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR processes, including induction, recruitment, performance management, and attendance management.
- Ability to analyze financial or technical data to support effective decision-making.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations impacting HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Level 1 Welsh language skills are essential, with Level 2 and above being desirable.
