The Complex HR Team in Workforce and Organisational Development are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic administrator to become a key member of their team.

The principle requirement of this role will be to provide and deliver highly efficient, professional and confidential support to the Complex Human Resources (HR) Team.

You will need to possess excellent organisational and persuasive skills as you will be a key player in arranging and co-ordinating a large number of meetings, securing key participants and preparing documentation.

You will also be responsible for providing reports relating to the HR activity undertaken on a monthly basis.

In addition, there will also be a requirement for you to support meetings / hearings where you will be required to take and transcribe minutes when required.

To provide administration support to the Operational HR Team. Your main duties will include:

- Arranging meeting and hearings
- Updating reports regarding HR activity and FOI's
- Preparing documentation including scanning, photocopying, binding

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an HR Support Officer to join the Operational HR Team. As one of the largest Health Boards in Wales with integrated Public Health, Primary, Community, Mental Health and Secondary Care, the organisation is responsible for the delivery of health services for more than 600,000 people, employing circa 16,000 staff in Southeast Wales.

This position is based at Llanfrechfa Grange Hospital, and agile working arrangements are supported.
