**What you’ll do**:
- Front line HR support to the local business in Cwmbran, Newport and Mitcheldean as support for the HRBP & HR Manager as and when required.
- Work as part of the local and wider HR team ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and best practice is shared across sites
- Payroll administration for all 3 sites on a monthly basis and liaise with Payroll on all pay queries
- HR Administration for all employees, ensuring documents are issued in a timely manner and all systems are updated.
- Recruitment support the HRBP & HR Manager, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, raising requisitions on the system and ensuring full approval is sort.
- Ensure all absence is tracked and logged in the system correctly.Issue contract of employment to new starters, ensure signed documents are returned, issue new starter packs, undertake all onboarding activities.
- Administration duties for all employees leaving the business, including but not limited to; system updates, payroll, resignation acceptance letters, equipment collection.
- Company car policy administration.
- Run the events team at Cwmbran ensuring community events, charity fundraising and employee events are organised on a regular basis.
