Retail Operations Leader - Full Time

Role Objective:

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will take complete responsibility for enhancing the store's sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and all other metrics of success. Your role will involve recruiting, nurturing, motivating, and developing your team to ensure the store's prosperity, while upholding outstanding visual merchandising standards and crafting a shopping experience that consistently delights our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving year-on-year growth in both sales and KPIs within the store
  • Upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring optimal space utilization and stock availability
  • Adhering to reasonable directives from senior retail management
  • Developing, assessing, and providing feedback to your team based on key performance indicators, while managing underperformance effectively
  • Ensuring the brand's integrity is preserved through appropriate conduct and uniform standards of the team
  • Managing payroll and other store expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Training and onboarding your team to deliver outstanding customer service
