Role Overview:
As the Retail Operations Leader, you will assume full responsibility for enhancing the store's sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and all aspects of measurable success. Your role will involve recruiting, nurturing, and inspiring your team to achieve store objectives while upholding outstanding visual merchandising standards and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving year-on-year growth in sales and KPIs within the store
- Upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards, optimizing space utilization and stock availability
- Following reasonable directives from senior retail management
- Developing, assessing, and mentoring your team based on performance metrics, addressing underperformance effectively
- Ensuring brand integrity through appropriate conduct and team uniform standards
- Managing payroll and store expenses to remain within budgetary constraints
- Training and onboarding your team to deliver outstanding customer service
