Retail Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Monitor and improve team productivity where possible
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
- A full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Please note that this role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
