Position Overview:
As a Clinical Operations Nurse Leader within the Complex Care division, your primary duties will include securing and sustaining the CQC registration while serving as the Registered Manager for the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with commissioners to identify new care packages suitable for our teams.
  • Engage in meetings with key stakeholders and cultivate relationships with locality managers.
  • Supervise a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, assist in recruitment, and facilitate inductions.
  • Provide leadership and management for the team of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Bookings Coordinators, ensuring both personal and team development.
  • Work in partnership with the Safeguarding Lead, offering guidance and support to individuals while liaising effectively with Local Authorities and various agencies.
  • Lead the investigation process for incidents and safeguarding concerns, ensuring timely and structured resolutions in coordination with the Strategic Safeguarding Lead.
  • Strive to minimize complaints, grievances, accidents, and incidents, ensuring satisfactory and timely outcomes for all.
  • Ensure coverage of the clinical on-call rota with appropriate resources.
  • Act as a backup for Nurse Managers on call.
  • Guarantee that clients receive care as commissioned, including stepping in to provide care when urgently required.
