Job Title: Personal Advisor

At Hatched Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Advisor to join our team. As a Personal Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people in need, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of young people, developing and implementing personalized Pathway Plans to support their transition to independence.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each young person, working collaboratively with them, their families, and other professionals to develop effective support plans.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and counseling to young people, helping them to build resilience, confidence, and life skills.
  • Work closely with other agencies and organizations to ensure a seamless and effective support network for young people.
  • Monitor and review Pathway Plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with vulnerable young people, preferably in a leaving care or youth support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of young people.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Children Act and the Care Act.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
