Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize all food and beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with guests, respond to feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in duty management shifts and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for food and beverage sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Strong people management experience in a food and beverage environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional approach and ability to work well under pressure.
