Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at The Lowry Hotel. As a key member of our spa department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
    • Ensure that all spa areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards of quality and safety.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled in a friendly, efficient, and respectful manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and profitability of the spa.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize revenue streams.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of spa staff.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to staff to ensure they meet high standards of performance and customer service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa operations management or a related field.
    • Relevant qualifications in hospitality, spa management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of spa operations, customer service, and business development principles.
