Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at The Lowry Hotel. As a key member of our spa department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all spa areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure prompt and effective maintenance and repair of spa facilities.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of spa staff.
    • Monitor and review staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Commercial Performance
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with the operations director to develop and implement business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure that all spa operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service and product quality.
