Job Summary

The Lowry Hotel is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the River Restaurant, Lowry Lounge and Bar, and Room Service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, take orders, and advise on menu choices
  • Deliver and present food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive payments and provide a high level of personalized and professional service
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer care and social skills
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a dynamic team
