Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Manchester's Media City complex. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

The Role:
  • Lead a team of waiting staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
